Windmore End, Brough Novice Friendly Crag The Stanage of Limestone (sort of!). If you want something different, come along to this long escarpment with an enormous number of short routes and problems. We won’t run out of space. Car share from: J36

Ceilidh with Striding Edge at the Castle St Centre, Kendal
Very pleasant situation - the routes are short on superb rock (though may be polished). A great place for a first climb and understandably popular with groups, although there is plenty of crag for everyone. Car sharing for parking Meeting point: Auction J36
