One of the great Lake District crags; superb multi-pitch routes at all grades.
Wealth of lower- to middle-grade routes on upper tier.
The annual KMC knees up at the Castle St Centre, Kendal, with music from Striding Edge.
Popular limestone crag overlooking Ingleborough; huge choice of short routes. Paid farm parking so car sharing advisable.
Very pleasant situation - the routes are short on superb rock (though may be polished). A great place for a first climb and understandably popular with groups, although there is plenty of crag for everyone. Car sharing for parking.
White crag - easy approach to a low level crag; routes are short and generally clean.
Sunny sheltered limestone crag with mainly sport lines; some trad at MVS and above.
Delightful little crag, unjustly neglected; worth a visit for sub-E grades. Note UKC approach notes.
Pleasant west-facing crag with worthwhile rock and outlook toward Austwick; likely new venue for the club.
